Media reports suggest that iZettle IPO process could be underway in coming weeks.

This information, although without a direct comment from the company itself, is in line with earlier quotes from Jacob de Geer, iZettle’s CEO, about plan for IPO in 2018.

The fintech company provides terminals that let small businesses to easily take card payments and other financial services - has reportedly also selected a syndicate of investment banks to act as underwriters for the IPO, including JP Morgan and Barclays. iZettle - which has raised $268,2 million dollars in equity and debt financing to date - has in recent months attracted investments from Sweden’s biggest pension funds - AP4, AP1 and AMF. If the process is successful, this could mark the biggest public listing in Stockholm in 2018.
