MCI.TechVentures remains main shareholder at NaviExpert. At the same time taking advantage of very good finansial results of NaviExpert, MCI conducted recapitalisation with a fund co-managed by Credit Value Investment (CVI). This project allowed to obtain PLN 40 mln that fund will allocate to new investments. NaviExpert is one of the companies, that has been for the longest time in the portfolio of MCI.TechVentures. First investment took place in 2007.

Large potential of the products that are connecting localisation devices with insurance  industry and efficiency of the current board of NaviExpert had an impact on interest  of potential investors.  On account of increasingly rapid growth of insurtech sector and the key position of  NaviExpert on the Polish market, we decided to leave company in our portfolio and to recapitalised  our position with an involvement of private debt fund co-managed by CVI. Thanks to that MCI remained growing company in the portfolio, managing at the same time to acquire the resources for future investments.
