ATM S.A. (Atman) transforms website into modern online sales platform

The idea is based on e-commerce solutions taken from B2C segment and adapted to B2B needs

ATM S.A.(Atman), the leader in the data center market, an experienced Polish telecommunications operator, changed traditional website in to an updated sales portal. Portal uses solutions known from e-commerce sector and its idea is based on the concept of online store.

We decided to connect advantages, which e-commerce platforms gives, with functions that contractors require.  Therefore, our new platform allows the full control of purchase process, access to advanced system of building baskets and enables payment operations, everything in real time.  Work on implementation of this innovative system is challenging but in long-term perspective it will bring many benefits to the company

Grzegorz Żmijewski - Marketing and Business Development Director ATM S.A. (Atman)

The whole change was a response to the explicit market trend, an increase in online sells and services, not only in B2C market. According to Accenture Channel Shift: Measuring B2B Efforts To Shift Customers Online, 60% of global companies are selling its services online to 1/3 of its business clients, and such an ability claims 86% of examined enterprises. On Polish market majority of online sales is still dominated by consumers. However, B2B transactions have on average 10 times bigger value, claims Deloitte and Aleo in Digitalization of B2B Market report.
