Frisco.pl, a portfolio company of MCI.TechVentures, has noticed by the end of 2016 an income dynamics of 100% month-over-month.
Frisco.pl, created in 2006, is the leader of the Polish e-commerce in food products (e-grocery) and the largest company in this segment operating in online distribution only. The company is distinguished in the e-grocery segment by having the most modern completion center in Central Eastern Europe and the most advanced order processing system.
The plan for the year 2017 assumes further concentration in Warsaw. Focusing on Poland’s capital market is a strategic decision, which is connected with the construction of a new, much bigger, depot, which will allow an increase of the company’s value in the upcoming years – said Tomasz Danis, MCI.TechVentures Fund Manager.
This year Frisco.pl will focus on mobile technologies and the development of specific IT systems. The power of artificial intelligence and machine learning will be used to provide more relevant and personalized customer experiences. Unlike competitive systems, Frisco’s order completion process is highly scalable allowing it to handle a very large increase in the number of orders. Frisco is also the leader in customer service quality in its segment with features unattainable for competitors.
