Marta Krupińska from Azimo nominated to Polish prestigious award „Superheroine 2016“

Marta Krupińska, co-founder of Polish-British company Azimo from MCI.TechVentures portfolio, is nominated to a prestigious award „Superheroine 2016“ by leading Polish daily Gazeta Wyborcza. The nomination was the effect of „creating an innovative start-up, making life of immigrants easier“.

Azimo, launched in 2012, offers online money transfer service. It is the cheapest and easiest way to send money to over 200 countries across the world, from smartphone, tablet or desktop, and even through Facebook.
Marta Krupińska who is co-founder of Azimo was interviewed by Gazeta Wyborcza after nomination. In the interview she spoke about the situation of women in FinTech industry, history and future plans of Azimo, and how to find work-life balance in a start-up.
